What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize the planet by using GOTS-certified organic cotton, TENCEL Lyocell, and recycled nylon. Each material is selected for its low environmental impact and long-lasting durability.
How long does shipping take within Denmark and the EU?
For orders within Denmark, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. For the rest of the EU, please allow 3-5 business days for your organic essentials to arrive.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless the packaging remains sealed.
Are your factories ethically certified?
Yes, we only partner with factories that ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child labor. We regularly visit our partners in Europe and Turkey to ensure our high standards are met.
How should I care for my Organic Basics items?
To extend the life of your garments and save energy, we recommend washing at 30°C and hanging to dry. Avoid tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the organic fibers.
