At Organic Basics DK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, resellable condition.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
